We want every guest to arrive with accurate expectations. Please read the following before booking.

Stairs — No Elevator

The Eyrie is a third-floor unit accessed via two flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the building. This property is not suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.

Highway-Adjacent Location

The property sits adjacent to I-70. Road noise is audible from the deck and through open windows, particularly at night and during peak travel hours. Interior rooms with windows closed are significantly quieter.

🚗

Garage Clearance

The private garage has an 8 ft. height clearance and fits most standard vehicles. Guests arriving in oversized SUVs, trucks, or vehicles exceeding 8 ft. should plan to use the surface parking throughout the Lake Forest community.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted at The Eyrie. This applies to all animals regardless of size or breed.
